The practice invites clarity and calm — a return to what restores and sustains. \nCome prepare for Thanksgiving\, the season of harvest and slowing down\, by exploring what has been\, what may be dormant\, what seeds await for renewal. We'll practice deep listening--discovering our inner guidance and finding invitation to connect to ourselves and to community\, in a safe\, open and generative time together.

The experience of being witnessed\, supported\, and challenged with compassion expands our perspective and strengthens our capacity to lead with clarity and courage. Through guided dialogue and peer consultation\, participants offer stories\, insights\, and resources that help one another discover next steps with intention and integrity. \nTogether\, we practice the art of listening and leading with presence\, purpose\, and care.
