DESCRIPTION:A four-session facilitated Community of Practice for nonprofit leaders to identify real-time questions or challenges\, learn and practice new skills\, and explore possibilities through peer learning and individual reflection. \nEach gathering combines tools\, prompts\, readings\, or other resources with time for individual reflection and structured peer consultation.
