For many years, I measured my worth through achievement—checking the boxes, striving for the A, and chasing outcomes. I believed the product mattered more than the process. Then life brought me a “disorienting dilemma”—grief, compounded losses, and the challenge of restructuring both my personal and professional identity while balancing family and multiple roles.

During that time of transition, I engaged the power of person-centered planning, reflective practice, inquiry, and curiosity. I learned to trust my own inner compass—to align intention with action, and to use reflection as a way to “know where to G(r)O(w).” Through this journey, I earned a Professional Coaching Certification and a Master’s Degree in Adult & Higher Education, deepening my commitment to listening—both to myself and to others—as a foundation of meaningful growth. Along the way, I also became a Courage & Renewal ® Facilitator and a Certified Grief & Bereavement Specialist. My personal experience within liminal space deeply informs my professional practice as a coach, learning and development consultant and facilitator.
