The Leadership Community of Practice is a monthly peer-learning circle offering space for reflection, discernment, and authentic connection. Each session invites participants to pause amid the pace of leadership—to listen deeply to self and others, to explore real challenges and questions, and to learn from the shared wisdom of the group.
In community, our learning deepens. The experience of being witnessed, supported, and challenged with compassion expands our perspective and strengthens our capacity to lead with clarity and courage. Through guided dialogue and peer consultation, participants offer stories, insights, and resources that help one another discover next steps with intention and integrity.
Together, we practice the art of listening and leading with presence, purpose, and care.
